Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. For most projects, we can provide a clear time‑based estimate by phone, text, or email. If a job is more complex and requires an on‑site visit to assess properly, we’ll let you know upfront.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Most projects fall within our minimum service window, which covers the first portion of time on site. This allows us to complete small repairs efficiently without multiple small charges.
How do you determine the final cost?
We base pricing on the time required to complete the work. Before we begin, we’ll walk through the project with you and provide a realistic time estimate. You’ll always know what to expect before any work starts.
Can I supply my own materials?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to purchase your own materials, or we can pick them up for you. Material costs are billed separately, and we’re happy to recommend the right products for your project.
What if something unexpected comes up during the job?
If we discover anything that changes the scope or time required, we’ll explain the situation clearly and discuss options with you before moving forward. No surprises.
Do you work on evenings or weekends?
Standard appointments are scheduled during regular business hours. Limited after‑hours availability may be offered depending on the project.

Do I need to be home during the work?
For most projects, yes—at least at the start. Once we review the scope together, some customers choose to step out while we work. Whatever you’re comfortable with is fine.
Will I get a reminder before my appointment?
Yes. We send a confirmation when your appointment is booked and a reminder before we arrive so you always know when to expect us.
Do you arrive within a specific time window
We schedule appointments with a clear arrival window and always communicate if anything changes. Respecting your time is a priority.
How do I pay?
We accept credit cards, checks and cash payments. We always provide a clear invoice for your records. Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise discussed.
What if the job turns out to be bigger than expected?
If we uncover anything that changes the scope, we’ll pause, explain the situation, and discuss your options before continuing. You’re always in control of the decision.
